*With 33 years of experience in the healthcare system, including 28 years as an RN & RN Clinical Manager in the ESRD community, I possess a strong clinical background in Med-Surg, CKD, ARF, ESRD, and Infection control/BSI. My specialty in Nephrology & End Stage Renal Disease gives the expertise with Hypertension and Diabetes Disease Management. As a seasoned RN Clinical Manager, I continue to mentor and empower individuals to deliver and receive exceptional patient care, fostering growth and exponential potential.

*Outside of my professional pursuits, I enjoy spending time with my family, participating in my local church & community activities as well as creative activities such as traveling, dancing, going to the beach, boating, journaling, writing, meditative prayer, healthy cooking and exercising. All which enrich my personal growth and professional innovation. Today may have been full…

But tonight… we slow down. 🌙

Your body is always listening.
Your heart… your nervous system… your breath.

Chronic stress doesn’t just affect the mind —
it can impact blood pressure, sleep, energy, and overall heart health.

✨ So tonight, give your body something different:
• Deep breathing
• A warm meal
• Quiet time with Prayer and Meditation
• Rest without guilt

• High in Vitamin C
• Support circulation
• May help reduce inflammation
