*With 33 years of experience in the healthcare system, including 28 years as an RN & RN Clinical Manager in the ESRD community, I possess a strong clinical background in Med-Surg, CKD, ARF, ESRD, and Infection control/BSI. My specialty in Nephrology & End Stage Renal Disease gives the expertise with Hypertension and Diabetes Disease Management. As a seasoned RN Clinical Manager, I continue to mentor and empower individuals to deliver and receive exceptional patient care, fostering growth and exponential potential.

*Outside of my professional pursuits, I enjoy spending time with my family, participating in my local church & community activities as well as creative activities such as traveling, dancing, going to the beach, boating, journaling, writing, meditative prayer, healthy cooking and exercising.
