Updated Rates

• 60 minutes: $120
• 75 minutes: $145
• 90 minutes: $170
• 90 minutes with Cupping Therapy: $185
• 90 minutes with Facial Massage & Rosemary Oil Scalp Massage: $185

These adjustments reflect the increasing costs of living and the rising expenses of running a small business, while allowing me to continue providing high‑quality, attentive care that supports your well‑being. I deeply appreciate your understanding and continued support.

Evolving My Practice

My approach is evolving to focus more deeply on the nervous system and the body’s natural capacity to heal itself. By working intuitively with the fascia, rocking, presencing and subtle energies of the body, I aim to create a sense of safety, groundedness, and balance, so your body can release tension and restore itself naturally.

This work can support:

A deep sense of ease and calm

Natural regulation of the nervous system

Relief from chronic tension, discomfort, or stress

Long‑term resilience, balance, and vitality

While deep tissue will still be incorporated when needed, it will no longer be the focus of the entire session. I continue to support clients experiencing chronic pain or injury, and can provide guidance or referrals if more intensive deep tissue work is desired.

Financial Accessibility

I believe bodywork should be accessible to all. If you are a low‑income client or experiencing financial hardship, please reach out. A limited number of reduced‑rate appointments may be available, and I’m happy to discuss options confidentially.
