‼️ NEW PROMOTION ‼️ Inspired by a conversation I had with a Sculptie today, meant to encourage Sculpt, Barre and Pilates students to try something new and out of their comfort zone!
The most common reasons/misconceptions I hear for resisting yoga:
1. I’m too inflexible; I can’t reach my toes. (Guys, this is like saying I’m too dirty to take a shower - if you recognize that you’re inflexible, run; don’t walk to yoga! Inflexibility can lead to real injury down the road.)
2. I have limited time to workout and yoga isn’t a good workout. Yoga is slow and boring. (Come try one of our Hot Power Flow classes and let me know if your opinion has changed.)
3. I can’t slow down my brain, I’m too type A, I have no patience. (Same as #1, if your brain is inundated, run; don’t walk to yoga!)
4. I have no idea what I’m doing. I’m so bad at yoga. (That’s what we are here for, “if you want to be good at something new, you must first be willing to be bad at it.”)
We are offering a FREE yoga class to all current studio students who have attended a Sculpt, Barre or Pilates class, but have never tried yoga at our studio before. To redeem, send us a DM, email or express interest in person and we will get you all signed up.
