You may see some changes when it’s time for your next appointment. We made these changes to help protect our patients and staff. For example:

You are required to wear a mask when entering the building.

Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask some screening questions. You’ll be sassed those same questions again when you are in the office.

We have hand sanitizer that we will ask you to use when you enter the office. You will also find some in the reception area and other places in the office for you to use as needed.

You may see that our waiting room will no longer offer magazines, children’s toys and so forth, since those items are difficult to clean and disinfect.

Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. That might mean that you’re offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment.

We will do our best to allow greater time between patients to reduce waiting times for you, as well as to reduce the number of patients in the reception area at one time.

At Brooks Dental Clinic the safety and well being of our patients and employees is at the forefront of everything we do.
As we continue to monitor the developments surrounding COVID-19, rest assured that we are doing everything we can
to ensure that our patients are safe and treated with the same high quality care as always.

In response to ADA and WDA recommendations, we are suspending all elective procedures until further notice. At this time
We will continue to care for patients with emergencies. We are continually monitoring updates from the CDC, ADA and WDA.
With new information, we will make the necessary adjustments to our operations and will keep you informed of any changes.

In addition to suspending all elective procedures, we are implementing other changes to curb the potential spread of COVID-19.
In our office we have increased the cleaning protocols for patient care areas. We are also directing our patients to rinse with
peroxide before all exams. We will be screening all patients, asking them: Have you traveled internationally or to restricted U.S.
states (California, New York, Washington)? Have you had contact with a person known to have COVID-19? Do you have any
of the following symptoms: fever, cough, or shortness of breath)?
