S.H.I.N.E. YOGA is a practice of healing the HEART; the center from where love, compassion, and forgiveness emanates. When this energy center opens, self healing occurs deeply , and rapidly! Your body's ability to heal is greater than anyone has permitted you to believe. YOGA creates the opening, the entry way to discover a deep, yet gentle connection to yourself through poses (Asana), breath (Pranayama) and sound (Mantra). Students of all levels will feel comfortable learning under the compassionate instruction of Stacey Lynn. My mission is to bring the S.H.I.N.E. program to hospitals, schools and corporations to provide people with essential tools for stress reduction and energetic hygiene to reduce DIS-ease in the physical, mental and emotional bodies. Blending a passion for Yoga's philosophical roots and healing qualities with a genuinely open and nurturing nature, Stacey Lynn Avidane creates a safe, meditative and therapeutic environment for her students of all ages. With 20 years of experience, Stacey has studied Yoga and Energy Healing with Master teachers. As she explored higher levels of understanding, and strengthened her commitment to being a "warrior of wellness", Stacey sharpens her tools with Bikram Yoga & Pranic healing; two safe, simple, yet powerful systems of healing.
