My mission is to bring the S.H.I.N.E. program to hospitals, schools and corporations to provide people with essential tools for stress reduction and energetic hygiene to reduce DIS-ease in the physical, mental and emotional bodies. Blending a passion for Yoga's philosophical roots and healing qualities with a genuinely open and nurturing nature, Stacey Lynn Avidane creates a safe, meditative and therapeutic environment for her students of all ages. With 20 years of experience, Stacey has studied Yoga and Energy Healing with Master teachers. As she explored higher levels of understanding, and strengthened her commitment to being a "warrior of wellness", Stacey sharpens her tools with Bikram Yoga & Pranic healing; two safe, simple, yet powerful systems of healing.
