Most people wait until their body is screaming at them before they actually slow down.

Sleep plays a major role in how efficiently your brain can operate throughout the day.

When you’re sleep deprived, your attention span shortens and your brain struggles to organize thoughts or stay on task.

This makes it harder to manage distractions, complete tasks, or follow through on things that normally feel simple. Your emotional tolerance also drops, which can make small frustrations feel much bigger.
