✨ Why Chiropractic Care Should Be Part of Every Birth Plan ✨

Your birth plan includes where and how you’ll give birth—but what about how your body is preparing?

Here’s why adding chiropractic care to your birth plan is a game-changer for expecting moms:

👶 Supports optimal baby positioning by making sure mama is properly aligned
🤰 Relieves pregnancy discomforts (like back & hip pain)
🧠 Boosts nervous system + hormonal function
🌀 Balances your pelvis for smoother labor
💪 Aids in postpartum recovery
🌿 100% natural & drug-free

Prenatal chiropractic care isn’t just safe—it’s empowering. It helps your body work the way it was designed to during pregnancy, labor, and beyond. 💫

👉 If you’re expecting, let us support your journey.

Happy IBCLC Day!

Thankful I chose to pursue this career.
It is incredibly rewarding to help mothers reach their goals when everyone else let them down. I always advocate and strive to find root causes for feeding issues in babies. There are definitely some difficult and frustrating days when it’s a constant battle to get people medical help they deserve, but when we do, things finally come together. I love watching a baby latch for the first time who hadn’t latched from birth. I love seeing a mom go from exclusive pumping to exclusively feeding at the breast. I love being able to be a shoulder to cry on when mothers are struggling with whatever it may be. I always support your feeding choices even if it is to give up breastfeeding or pumping, because I’ve been there. I love constantly learning new things and being able to put them into my practice.

Thankful for my colleagues who are constantly there for support and a wealth of information.

Lauryn & Jes, you have both helped shape me into the IBCLC I am today!

Anyway, if you need feeding support, I am here. 🖤

One of the questions we ask when you come to us because of low milk supply is.. “what pump are you using?”

And here’s why ——>

The left bottle was pumped in 25 minutes using the Willow Go and the right bottle was pumped in 6 minutes from the Spectra Gold.
Everyone is different, but lots of people don’t respond well to hands free pumps. Sure, in an emergency when you’re on the go they’re a good option for convenience, but they don’t remove milk well and rarely empty the breasts causing clogs, mastitis, and can result in losing or decreasing your milk supply in the long run from continuous use or using as your sole pump.

If you have a low supply or just enough and are exclusively pumping, try to use a hospital grade wall pump (Spectra is our favorite!) most of the time to avoid these common issues.

* birth trauma
* breastfeeding troubles
* digestive issues
* decreased immune function
* delayed developmental milestones

there’s so many other issues not listed that we can help with as well!
