In 2021, a group of like-minded individuals formed The Harbor Recovery Center. Located in Portage, Wisconsin, The Harbor Recovery Center serves families of those who have been diagnosed with substance use disorders and struggle with addiction. At The Harbor Recovery Center, we strive to provide compassionate care without judgement. We provide referral services to individuals who are addicted to alcohol, prescription opioids, he**in, methamphetamines, co***ne, and a variety of other drugs.
