Healing Conversations are free educational webinars hosted by the team here at Portage Family Healing Center. We are excited to offer these opportunities to learn and grow together!

When you can't change it .. use it to your benefit. Well, I'm not sure that's exactly how the phrase goes. 🤔🧐

It's cold out... And it looks like that might continue for a bit. Whether we like it or not we can use it as a time to slow down and reflect. 📖

Maybe it's to focus on the positive, list what you are grateful for in this season.. or maybe it's to notice your feelings (all are welcome), or plan for the next season. Ooo ☀️ and 🌱 - springtime and gardening aren't too far away!

During these cold days, we hope you get to take time for you and slow the pace of life down just a little.
