Last Sunday at Sundays on State was such a beautiful reminder of the power of community. This part of Chicago isn’t always seen in the spotlight, but the day was filled with good energy, love, and connection.

When it comes to mental health, our instinct is often to isolate — but true healing happens in community, through connection, and shared joy. That’s exactly what this day was about: fun, healing, and togetherness.

I loved bringing my Creation Station with Resilient Mental Health & Wellness Solutions out into the community. It was such a gift to meet new people, share about the importance of mental health and wellness, and be part of something bigger than myself.

First day of school! My daughter is officially a sophomore ! I have to put you guys on to my perfect reframe for today.

Instead of asking for the dreaded first day of school pic, I asked if we could do an OOTD (Outfit of the Day), and she loved it 😂. She was actually excited and asked me, “are we still doing the OOTD?” 🥹

Here’s to a new year, new lessons, and lots of fun memories ahead. 🌻📚
