Hello!
Hope everyone is having a fantastic summer!
We are gearing up for our fall session of swim lessons! Please see attached flyers for all the registration details and session dates. A few important things to make note of:
1) If you are unsure if you have a card on file or think you may need to update your billing information, please call our Members Account Rep Jenny at 608-745-3858 PRIOR to registration opening. If you do not have a card on file, we CANNOT do registration over the phone. If you are unsure of what level your child should be in, please feel free to reach out to sydney.renik@aspirus.org. We do offer free swim tests, and I would be happy to get that scheduled for your child/children if needed.
2) As of right now, I cannot guarantee that we will be offering multiples of classes if they all fill up. I advise to call or come in as soon as possible when registration opens on August 25th to ensure you get a spot.

Swim lesson sign-ups are halfway done! Please see below for class updates/openings as of Day 3!
RED Class: FULL
Adult/Child: FULL
LEVEL 1: 3 spots remaining
LEVEL 2: 6 spots remaining
BLUE Level: 6 spots remaining
WHITE Class: FULL (we do have 3 spots remaining for a second WHITE Class at 4:45 pm on Tuesdays/Thursdays)
LEVEL 4: FULL
Level 3: 3 spots remaining

If you have not yet enrolled your child, please go to aspirus.org/lavita and click on the "Programs" tab. The enrollment form is located at the very bottom of that page! Once you complete the form, we will reach out to you regarding billing information!

PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR UPDATES TO THE GROUP SWIM LESSON REGISTRATION PROCESS. THANK YOU!

Hello all!
Hope everyone is having a great spring so far!
As the next set of group lessons approach, we want to make sure we make the registration process is as smooth as possible.
We will no longer be taking credit cards over the phone DURING the time of registration. The billing info must be updated PRIOR to registration opening, or we will ask you to come in-person to put a card on file. Taking cards over the phone greatly slows down the sign-up process and prevents others who do have a card on file from signing-up.
If you are unsure if you have the correct credit card on file or need to add a card, please call Jenny (our Member Accounts Rep) at 608-745-3858. She can take care of it over the phone.
If you are uncomfortable with giving it over the phone, please stop by La Vita between 7am-6pm, Monday-Friday to update your card in-person.
Any questions on this, please reach out to me directly. We anticipate sign-ups to take place in a few weeks and lessons to begin in June. Please stay tuned for further details.
