Low libido is a common concern I hear in my clinic—and it’s not just affecting people in their 50s or 60s. I’m seeing it more and more in people in their 20s and 30s too.

The Truth: Although I myself am vegan, there are lots of vegetarian and vegan foods that are NOT health promoting in the least. For example, Pop Tarts, donuts and ice-cream are all vegetarian and yet will only contribute to excess weight, congestion and overall ill health.
