Refined sugar lights up the same area of the brain as co***ne. It is dangerous and addicting, just slower to kill. Please for your sake and the sake of those you love, dramatically cut the sugar in your diet. Nutritionally, adding lots of minerals to the diet (dark leafy greens are best) helps with the cravings.
