The owners and administrative team of TALO have years of experience working with the senior population. They specialize in occupational and physical therapy, clinical health and nutrition, as well as life enrichment for deme
ntia clients. Hamilton Park Place is an assisted living community operated by TALO. Hamilton Park Place is a 24 bed Class C Community Based Residential Facilities (CBRFs), licensed by the State of Wisconsin for both ambulatory and non-ambulatory older adults, including those suffering from memory loss or dementia, and/or other debilitating diagnoses. Hamilton Park Place ensures the needs of their residents are met by well trained, experienced, and truly caring staff. These caregivers provide supportive care 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Residents receive consistent monitoring from a registered nurse on a monthly basis and more often as needed. The nurse is a phone call away if needed any time of the day or night.
