La Casa Family Health Center is partnering once again with Assurred Imaging to bring on‑site 3D mammogram mobile screenings to our community.

Monday, March 2, 2026
8am – 4pm
1515 West Fir Street, Portales, NM

Early detection saves lives.
All major insurances are accepted, and no referral is needed for an annual screening. Results are sent directly to the patient and their P*P. Please bring a photo ID and insurance card.

Women are eligible for a digital mammogram screening if they:
• are 40 years or older
• have not had a mammogram in the past year
• have no current breast concerns

You can schedule online using the QR code on the flyer or call 888‑204‑9214 to book your appointment.

We are overflowing with gratitude this season! A huge THANK YOU to our incredible volunteers who came together to stuff bags for our upcoming Thanksgiving Food Giveaway. Your time, energy, and heart make all the difference in ensuring families in our community feel supported and celebrated. 💛
