Monthly Blending Classes taught by Helen Stembridge at Across the Tracks Artists’ Market
In Livingston TX on the Square, next to the Courthouse

March 21 BALANCE: Brain Boost/Memory; Serotonin/ADHD; Endocrine/Hormonal; Emotional/Natural Antidepressants

We will create a 1/4 oz pure essential oil blend for brain boosting, memory, mood uplift, calming/sleep, or hormonal support. We'll learn how to blend economically by using the expensive exotics (such as Rose, Neroli, Jasmine, Sandalwood), along with rivers of more affordable essential oils. We will also create an aromatherapy cream application.

Nutritionist & body training coach Laura Bush will help us to make a magnesium-rich drink &/or spray, both of which help alleviate depression and enhance feelings of well-being.
