I told you, Good care is not a myth. Here at Sequoia Transitional Care, we really are dedicated to making people better. Sarah, our MDS Coordinator is a perfect example of excellence in the workforce. Her positivity, daily affirmations and continuous commitment to making people better is felt throughout the building. She's like a Four Leaf Clover, one in a million and we are so lucky to have her.

Resident care is a priority at Sequoia Transitional Care! We love our patients. I’ve never seen adults more excited for an Easter egg hunt more than this bunch. We’re a 24/7 working facility, toilets get stopped up, laundry machines break and drains get plugged But quality care is continuous! STC cares!! Great care is not a myth!!
