Hello everyone.
Update about the classes:

Because I am getting ready to teach some classes.... well, as soon as the weather is cooler.

For now, I am planning the calendar.
I will be teaching, as everyone knows, “West Heart Dance”, which is a technique to move energy and merge the spiritual reality into this reality to heal the heart. It is named West because we let go of things on the West, Heart because we work on the heart, and Dance because it is like a dance or tai chi. (October)- 1-day workshop

Also, I will be teaching again the Introduction to Mayan Curanderismo and Rameada cleansing (October)- I-day workshop

2-day workshop about how to use different types of pendulums for practitioners. How to diagnose, cleanse, and bring healing to a person or a space. How to take off ugly stuff like black magic, Evel’s eye, implants, blockages, etc.

Spiritual Protection for practitioners (2-day workshop)

And…. In 2026, I will be teaching Curanderismo Spiritual Psychic Surgery (one weeklong). January or February

Mexico Retreat (2026) – Experience the Mexican Shamans for healing and personal growth. This is 1, 2, or 3 weeks of workshops, ceremonies, healings, and traveling to sacred places.

I am so grateful for the people in my life who are "the real deal" ❤🙏❤🙏❤🙏 For me, WALKING THE TALK is "the real deal".

I am so grateful for the effort of getting up super early to practice.... we not only talk, and discuss about Shamanism and Curanderismo, we experience it 100%.

I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR THE STUDENTS THAT ARE CLOSE TO ME. THE ONES THAT WALK THEIR TALK.
THE ONES THAT GO TO BED SUPER LATE AFTER A FIRE CEREMONY AND THEN, GET UP SUPER EARLY TO PRACTICE.

Happy New Year! We are entering the New Year in the Mexican Tradition!!!!!

This New Year brings the blessing energies that help us let go of what no longer serves us. This is a year of deep healing and transformation. It is time to go deep inside ourselves, and search for our wounds and traumas, bring them to the surface to work on them and heal.

This beautiful year is represented by a “pedernal” or flint stone. In a few words, a pedernal helps us to cut, transform, to let go, heal, and renew. It is a year of hard work.

So, take advantage of the energies of this year to make a huge and deep change in your life!!!!!

So true, when we don't work on our issues, our body is so kind to helps us in being aware that something is going on by creating sicknesses. The tendency in the modern world is to take care of the symptoms and not the root cause of the sicknesess.

When your body doesn't feel good, instead of taking a painkiller, a laxative, smoking pot for anxiety, microdosing for depression, etc. 

Why don't you close your eyes and "feel" you body? Ask you body to show you what are the memories, emotions, feelings attached to your sickness and start working on making changes in your life to go back to balance.

According to the Curanderismo tradition, every sickness has several aspects. Each aspect reflects in different bodies. We have the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual bodies. In order to heal, I mean totally heal; we need to work on all the bodies until we bring them to alignment.

And all these is possible if you have the right tools/spiritual practices.

How jealousy, greediness, mouth-trashing, and bad actions/decisions can end beautiful connections and relationships.

How bringing situations up with good intentions and sending energy like love and compassion can change things so much that we can call them "a miracle".

Everything is about choices.... What is your choice for today? What kind of energy are you feeling, vibrating and sharing?

My choice is to vibrate with love... Is never too late to strengthen your day

A day after the solstice 💙

Now the days are getting longer 🩷

More light into our lives ☀️

Spiritually, when we are blessed with light, we can see the things that we usually don't see. 👁️

This is a great time for introspection, for internal work. A time to work on our Guerra Florida (turning our internal struggles into beautiful blessings)

Make an effort and dedicate a little time each day to better yourself 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷

You can do a meditation asking our Father Sun to send light into any difficulty that you are facing so you can know how to take action. Also, you can ask for light into the things that you need to change that you don't know 🩷🩷🩷🩷
