Как сказал сегодня мой муж, что слишком уж много энергии, даже страшно!
Я считаю, что это очень хороший комплимент от человека, который со мной рядом по жизни 28 лет и видел меня в разные периоды - и юность студенческая, и переезд в США, и рождение детей одного за другим, и в мои сидячие работы, и учеба в Фитнес Институт в Америке, и работа фитнес тренером.

В чем секрет такой феерической энергии и жизненного запАла, а так-же человеколюбия, тортико-поедания и не толстения? А в том, что в моей жизни есть фитнес, в очень мягкой форме, по 30 минут 2 раза в неделю, + прогулки по вечерам в любую погоду в очень дружной хорошей компании!!!

Расскажу на нашей встрече, как делать упражнения правильно, кого добавлять в свою жизнь (hint: хороших людей), и как найти себе своего косметолога!

Продолжаем находить интересные проекты! "Активный город для всех"!
Для тех, кто участвует в проекте Community Pulse Association Senior Services 60+ и кто недавно приехал из Украины, мы обязательно добавляем элементы программы оздоровления Walk With Ease, чтобы подольше оставаться активными и здоровыми.

Наши участники программы каждую неделю стараются ходить больше пешком и на их телефонах измеряется количество шагов.

Думаете, это так легко: самостоятельно встать с дивана и начать гулять на свежем воздухе?

В программу так-же входит легкий завтрак, физическая активность, уроки английского языка, работа с тренером по программе "Нет Диабету", горячий диетический обед. Организовано такси по страховке для доставки в центр из дома и обратно домой.
