Helping seniors age in place in Portland, Oregon through fall prevention, wellness advocacy, and home safety. As an Occupational Therapist and Senior Home Safety Specialist owned company, our focus is on independence and the safety of your loved ones.

Services include: caregiver training, medication management, navigating the healthcare system, custom wellness and strengthening plans, comprehensive home safety assessment and recommendations, fall prevention/floor recovery training, and more.

Visiting our clients 1-2 times a week for 1-2 hours at a time, we establish a “professional family member” vibe with follow up feedback to concerned loved ones. We offer open and concise communication, help for determining further caregiver needs, established senior networking referrals to help you/your loved one safely remain in their homes.
