Looking for a joyful, down-to-earth summer yoga experience?

The Float & Flow Festival is a one-of-a-kind weekend for yoga lovers, nature seekers, and wellness explorers—like summer camp for grown-ups, with sunshine, mindful movement, and lakeside magic. With 30+ sessions led by talented regional instructors and wellness providers over two days, there’s something for everyone. Whether you’re flowing on your mat, floating on a paddleboard, or just soaking up the vibes, it’s a joyful way to move, play, and connect in the great outdoors.

Advanced tickets are required and must be purchased by July 1, 2025.

Time to Salsa! Join us for a fun night of dancing (we'll teach you), food (street tacos!) & drinks (adult bevys: alcohol & non-alcohol). Grab your ticket now! You can buy for a friend, too - but brining a partner is not required. We'll have fun as a group and dance the night away.

Saturday, December 18th. 7:30-9:30pm. Its okay if you can't stay the whole time - and you can be flexible on arrival time, although we'll start the lessons off at 7:30.

Limited capacity. Masks required. COVID ventilation and air systems in place.

Proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society. We've all been affected by cancer in some way. This special event is our way of helping support and organization that provides support and resources.

Yin and Vinyasa was soooo chill today.
We had an amazing time with Emmett and .butter MJ, doing some stretching and moving in the sun. We feasted on some delish food by .

🙏🌈We raised money for Brave Space LLC. Brave Space creates community and facilitates access to expert and knowledgeable providers for transgender and non-binary children, youth, adults, and their families.

Thank you to all who came, we will see you next Sunday, July 25th at Alberta Park for the next park class!
