ALSO is a nonprofit disability support services provider in the Portland Metro area, Central Oregon, We see ability, not disability. Our work is Heart Work.

ALSO provides the best person-centered residential supported living services for individuals and families in their homes, workplaces, and communities. We provide employment opportunities and services to ensure that the people we support live the life of their choosing.

Spotlight: Meet Forrest!
Forrest began his employment journey cleaning the courthouse after hours, but he dreamed of being part of a team where he could make friends. That opportunity came when he joined Pilot Flying J.

Now, three years later, Forrest has built lasting friendships with both coworkers and customers. He’s known for his kindness, his positive presence, and the pride he takes in his work. Whether he’s greeting someone with a smile or carefully detailing the showers for truck drivers, Forrest makes sure everyone feels welcomed and cared for.

Thank you, Forrest, for showing how inclusion at work creates stronger teams and brighter days for everyone.
