Ever notice those red boxes on the wall?
As kids, they seemed mysterious.
Why are they locked? Who uses them? Can I touch it?
Inside is an AED — Automated External Defibrillator.
It’s not just equipment — it’s a life-saving tool used during sudden cardiac arrest to help restart a heart.
And guess what? You don’t have to be a doctor to use one.
With CPR and First Aid training, anyone can help save a life.
Let’s stop walking past AEDs without knowing what they are and lets get trained to be able to use them.
