How we relate to our parts is how we relate to other people.

If we judge our protectors, we’ll likely judge theirs.
If we exile our vulnerability, we’ll struggle to welcome theirs.
If we lead with Self — curiosity, compassion, clarity — that energy ripples outward into every relationship.

IFS isn’t just an internal model.
