Collective healing and IFS therapy are a powerful pair.

The IFS Telehealth Collective is excited about our new IFS Community Group, starting February 7th and running on Fridays through March 28th. Any adult 18+ at any level or understanding of IFS can come together to access group healing, education, and support.

Cost: $700 total for eight 105-minute sessions.

Collective healing and IFS therapy are a powerful pair.

This is why we're excited about our new IFS Community Group, starting February 7th, and running on Fridays through March 28, where anyone at any level or understanding of IFS, can come together to access group IFS healing, education, and support.

If you’re curious about IFS, but not quite ready to dive into 1:1 therapy or just want to continue your healing work with the power of group support, this was made for you.

We kick off on February 7th—will you be there with us?

Here’s what you can expect as part of the IFS Community Group:

đź’«Meet weekly for eight weeks

đź’«105-minute sessions

đź’«Groups will be limited to 12-16 participants for personalized attention and an intimate experience

You’ll learn about core IFS principles through presentations, meditations, journaling and other exercises that will broaden your understanding of your inner world and your relationships with others.

Demonstration sessions may also be offered as an opportunity to work with one of the facilitators on getting to know your inner system while being witnessed and held in the supportive container of a small cohort.

There will also be opportunities to ask questions and to connect in small breakout rooms.
