At approximately 10:30 this morning we received a notification of a possible water leak at Olive Garden in Portland, upon assessment we quickly noticed that it was the main water line that burst. At that point the water had to be turned off immediately to limit water loss or possible contamination, filed an emergency permit at 11:00, received approval around 11:40 from the City Of Portland. At that time the excavation of landscape and dirt started taking place to locate the line. Line break was found around 12:38, repair was made and complete at 1:19, however we had a hold for the City Of Portland to ensure the glue was fully secured before the water could be turned on. At approximately 2:27 we got the all clear, once the water was turned on we had to flush the lines, at 2:50 the restaurant was fully operational. I hope this makes everyone feel better about the inconvenience today and I hope this explanation clears up any stories that anyone has heard. This small job definitely gave us some troubles, we started the job with approvals and then the customer asked us if we could lower and square the frontier box to the curb, through many phone calls and emails we got approval to lower the box within tolerance to make this xeriscape as beautiful as possible for the customer, we returned to finish the job and we now have a very happy customer. Thanks to the Portland Developmental, Portland Code Enforcement and Compliance to work with us to make this possible within all standards.

Another tree that we trimmed in Portland, it had a couple low hanging limbs that did not meet city code, why show up for a couple limbs when we can provide a full trimming, so we did just that, homeowner was extremely satisfied with our service.
