How to Stop Overthinking in Sports

Overthinking can slow you down and shake your confidence. The best athletes know how to quiet the noise and stay locked in. Here’s how you can do the same:

✅ Trust Your Training – You’ve put in the work—now let muscle memory take over. Believe in your preparation and let your skills shine.

🌿 Focus on the Present Moment – Don’t worry about the last play or the next one. Stay fully engaged in this moment, where your best performance happens.

🚫 Let Mistakes Go Quickly – Everyone makes mistakes. The key is to reset fast. Learn from it, move on, and refocus on what’s next.
