Meet our case manager Caitlin!
She got her Bachelor of Arts in Forensic Psychology and her Bachelor's of Science in Criminal Justice from Thomas College in Waterville, ME. Caitlin enjoys working in the community to give back and support her clients in identifying and understanding their mental health goals. Caitlin enjoys getting to know her clients in a safe and inclusive environment, and primarily works with clients who are new the United States and are struggling to adapt to American Culture. In her spare time, she can either be found reading a book, attending a spin or yoga class, or coaching middle school cheerleading. Caitlin has been vegan for 2 years and has a passion for animals, and also has a pet cat named Percy (who she can talk endlessly about).

Introducing our lovely case manager Ashley! Ashley is a free-spirited woman who's into writing poetry, walking around barefoot, and enjoys some good chamomile tea while overlooking the water. She is very physically active as well as an active member of her community. She also spends most of her time outdoors either hiking or paddle boarding. Ashley took this job at Hand of Mercy Healthcare to make a real difference. She thinks “it's weird that we don't talk about mental health in our society when our emotions drive the soul. Especially because it denies us the chance to make real connections and help each other.” One simple act of kindness can change a person's life.
