Our TuiNa Massage is performed specially by Char Portlock, LMT, at Xenana.

This massage comes from Traditional Chinese Medicine and translates to "push and grasp," reflecting the primary techniques used. Tui Na sessions are very similar to acupressure and can feel like trigger point work. It’s often very intense, incredibly therapeutic and can be deeply relaxing when you have the right expectations and are prepared to communicate with your practitioner.

TuiNa has the capacity to bring deep and lasting change to your bodies' muscles, fascia, and Qi.
