If you haven't seen all the emails going out the last few months, let me get you caught up. Maintain Yourself will be permanently closing at the end of October.

My family and I are burnt out and in need a big reset. We have an opportunity to move to Greece and we are taking it.

Thank you so much for all the support and all the great people I have met through my practice. I'm sad I couldn't make it work, but glad to have had this experience. Thank you!

Heya,

I hope you're all doing well. This year has been quite the doozy for me, but I'm doing my best to remain optimistic! There are a few big changes I need to let you know about.

MOVING JUNE 1ST

First of all, Maintain Yourself is going to be moving as of June 1st. As much as I'd love to stay in Montavilla, the office is just too much to handle on my own. I've found a lovely space in Northeast, that I'm confident you'll fall in love with just as I have.

The new address is: 2262 N Albina Ave #131, Portland, OR 97227. It is located inside the Gotham Building. There is free street parking and also a free parking lot across the street from the building for you to use. I know this is short notice, so if you need to reschedule your appointment, please reach out and I'll work with you.

MEMORIAL DAY SALE

THE FUTURE

Here's the hard part. I've made the very difficult decision to hang up my lotion holster at the end of this year and close my practice. My family and I have been through a lot these last few years and as much as I'd like to deny it, I'm just burnt out. My mental and physical health have suffered and I have to acknowledge that I need time to rest. I love massage. I love all of you. You've been SO wonderful and I am forever grateful for helping me make Maintain Yourself what it is.

All that being said, I will still be around until the end of the year! You can still book! And I will make it a priority to make sure everyone's packages are fullfilled before I close. That being said, I've closed off my books to new clients, so only my regulars will be able to book. This should make it a lot easier to get appointments, but please reach out if you can't find anything and I'll work with you.
