Big news from Shiver & Sweat🔥

We’ve officially stepped into our next chapter, and with it, a brand new and improved booking experience.

As part of our re-launch, we’ve upgraded to to make scheduling, managing your sessions, and showing up for yourself even more seamless.

Your memberships, packages, and bookings have already been transferred. Now all that’s left is to activate your account and you’re in.

To celebrate, we’re doing something we’ve never done before: All sessions on April 16th are completely free.

Once your account is activated, you’ll be able to book your spot directly through our site or new app using our special relaunch options.

Already booked April 16th? Don’t worry, we’ve taken care of you: Your session will be returned as a credit or added back to your account.
