We enjoyed the special Watermark University presentation by Paul Block, Hollywood Talent agent, manager, concert producer, TV Talent booker, and TV producer who also spent a good part of his career producing and booking talent on The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson.

Paul shared his firsthand experiences with iconic stars like Frank Sinatra and Rod Stewart! It was not your regular lecture. We got emered in learning from a true insider in the entertainment industry.

Yappy Hour was an absolutely delightful gathering where laughter and barks mingled in the air as we gathered to celebrated our beloved pups at Watermark! The atmosphere was buzzing with energy a perfect setting for our fun social event. This playful twist on the traditional Happy Hour brought together refreshing drinks for us humans and tasty treats for our furry friends. Watching the dogs romp and play, their silly antics and boundless enthusiasm really lifted our spirits and helped us connect on a deeper level with one another. It was such a heartwarming experience that we can’t wait for the next Yappy Hour! 💙🐶🫶

Our art studio was alive with creativity as enthusiastic little elves crafted beautiful holiday ornaments to embellish our stunning tree in the W-Lounge. The holidays are in full swing at The Watermark at The Pearl, featuring a fantastic Happy Hour performance by David Cooley. Cooley's holiday show had everyone in the room dancing and singing along. The Happy Hour specials definitely helped to create a lively atmosphere filled with laughter and fun. We jingled our keys to "Jingle Bells" and even came up with our own lyrics for "Winter Wonderland."

United in our quest for adventure, we explored one of Portland's stunning parks, a true gem of the city.
