Spring is finally here! 🌿
Spring is the season of the Wood element and the Liver/Gallbladder system in Chinese Medicine. Just like seedlings, the nature of Qi in spring is upward and outward. That can lead to feeling “stuck”, stressed, or even pain if we have anything blocking that movement - like a physical injury or something we’re holding onto emotionally. This herbal soak is designed to help Qi move freely and ease stress. It also includes herbs that tonify Blood and nourish tendons and sinews to help our joints as we find movement after the stillness of winter.
