They led us on an educational and engaging tour that left us with a sense of pride, and appreciation, for the hard work they do to give us clean water🚰🌱

Last week, a group of RoseVilla Team Members visited Sherbrooke Community Centre, a community that lives and breathes The Eden Alternative philosophy. Be Well, Have Fun, Experience Joy, and Play. This core value is at the heart of everything we do, and our Team Member Olympics is an example of it in action!

For one week, Team Members across departments join together not just to compete, but to connect. From relay races and water balloon tosses to splash-worthy cannonball contests, these games remind us that wellness is more than physical health. It’s about building strong bonds, celebrating each other’s strengths, and finding joy in the everyday moments we share.

We know that when our team is well, energized, and supported, they bring that same spirit of joy and connection to the Residents we serve. That ripple effect makes our community stronger, healthier, and even more vibrant.
