🎉 We have two hiring opportunities at our practice! We are launching a new Associates Program - a 15-month curated training cohort for newer clinicians designed to build competency and confidence through creative contributions and shared collaboration. We're looking for a licensed clinical supervisor to be our Program Lead at implementation and Associates for our first cohort! 🌟 May is a great time to apply and interview with us!

🌈 Program Lead: This would be a great position for an up-and-coming leader with experience and excitement to nurture, mentor, teach, and train newer therapists. Ideal for an LCSW. Position combines program development while still getting to see clients. Full time, employee-status with full benefits at an annual salary of $100-106k.

🌈 Associates: Accepting applications from experienced board-registered Associates who are looking to be part of our 15-month supportive, developmental pathway towards licensure. Positions are full-time at 20 kept client hours per week and includes full benefits with a compensation range that starts at $67.5k.

🍰 It's TODAY! Depressed Cake Shop Pop-Up is happening this afternoon from 1-3pm! Get a box of goodies in support of destigmatizing mental health - each item is grey to acknowledge anxiety, depression, conflicted feelings, sad hearts, and all that can come with navigating the mental health journey 💔 AND there's a splash of color to bear witness to the hope - in sharing our truth, in getting help, and in connecting to others. 🧁🤍🌈

These sweet treats support Baby Blue's Connection, a local non-profit providing free, peer-based support for families coping in the perinatal season.

From 1-3pm, indulge in sweet treats and help us support Depressed Cake Shop and Baby Blue's Connection to break the stigma of mental illness, one gray cake at a time.

Today's the perfect day for us to celebrate being back on-site at Oregon Humane Society This week we ran 2 support groups, virtual and in-person - vaccinated & masked!!

The last group we ran in this building was 532 days ago! It was sooo-oo good to back! We've been facilitating online groups throughout that time and no matter how we meet up, it's always a gift to be with these passionate and courageous animal advocates. 🐾
Happy National Dog Day to you all! Treat your vets, shelters, and animal care workers like the heros they are and we all win. 🎉

Some personal highlights as we celebrate National Therapy Animal Day! 🐾 We're also on a journey towards certification through Pet Partners with Mozart, our 3-legged cat who loves to sing and be pet. 🎶 We just finished our Handlers Course towards evalution. Did we mention how much we REALLY love animals and their people?! We've held 4 community pet parades featuring therapy animals (and 1 virtual photo contest!) to draw out the positive impact animals have on our wellbeing. We're looking forward to hosting more of these when it's safe for us all to gather together again as a community.
