Yesterday our DEIB Council and Pillars gathered to strategize for 2026. It was energizing and deeply inspiring to collaborate with so many thoughtful, passionate teammates committed to advancing this important work.

Our DEIB program is comprised of four Pillars: People, Talent, Education, and Community. Each drives initiatives that support their unique mission. Together, we reflected on a successful 2025, celebrated meaningful progress, and laid the groundwork for an ambitious year ahead.

Special thanks to The Stafford for hosting us and providing delicious meals and snacks throughout the day. Thank you to all our DEIB program members for your incredible work and dedication!
