I’m officially back to massaging at KIVA Spa 💆🏽‍♀️🌿

Life has been full lately. I’ve been moving through an autoimmune flare and some really big changes. It hasn’t been easy stepping away, but I needed the pause to rest and take care of my body the way I encourage all of you to do.

I’m slowly returning to work with a softer pace. For now, I’m offering 60-minute Swedish, aromatherapy, radiant face massage, and relaxation-style sessions only. No deep work yet (my body isn’t quite there) but I’m hopeful that with time, 75s, 90s, and deeper tissue sessions will be back on the menu.

My new schedule is Wednesday through Sunday, 11am to 5pm

Big update — I’m now at Kiva Spa full time.

Starting this month, I’ll be offering massage sessions Wednesday through Sunday, 11am–5pm exclusively at Kiva Day Spa in NW Portland.

This transition feels aligned and grounded, and I’m so grateful for the opportunity to hold space more consistently in one beautiful, peaceful location.

If you’ve been meaning to schedule a session or drop back in, now’s a wonderful time. My books are open, and I’d love to see you on the table.
