Her enthusiasm and experience are apparent; she is passionate to help you feel better. She is a body worker, herbalist, artist and mother of two, and as a global thinker, her exceptional attention to detail allows her to find
the root of an issue. She really enjoys working with her hands, demonstrating joy and excitement doing procedures ranging from ear wax removal, visceral manipulation, massage, to gynecologic exams. She offers mind-body therapy, body work, massage including trigger point therapy, deep tissue, somatic re-education, shiatsu, Reiki, visceral manipulation, Swedish massage. For chronic and acute injuries she is incorporating prolotherapy and trigger point injections. Having grown up in Puerto Rico, she is fully bilingual in Spanish. Dr. Kambra studied Literature at University of California at Santa Cruz before moving to Portland to pursue Naturopathic medicine. She then moved back to northern California, where she co-owned and practiced at the Ukiah Naturopathic Clinic. During her return to Santa Cruz, she rediscovered her love for making art, and answered a calling towards body-focused healing, concentrating her expertise on massage, trigger point therapies, manipulation, and all around soothing touch. When she’s not at work helping people on their path toward vibrancy, she plays crazy eights, legos, and the natural word with her children who provide a magical view of the world around us, and she loves dancing in that magic with them. She is also passionate about art has played with clay extensively and wants to learn and explore as many different artistic media she can.
