For the next 3 weeks, that’s not only going to be a new possibility for you… but a must-do!

In my free wellness collective, I am posing this challenge to help you take better care of yourself and focus on the daily habits that will help you win the month!
-Taking time for yourself can feel hard when you’re juggling a busy schedule, but it’s one of the best ways to recharge and show up fully for others.
-Your focus this month will be unique to you—it might be training for a race, decluttering your home, achieving your next scale victory, or cooking more meals at home.

Whatever your goal, it starts with intention, and you deserve the results that come from your hard work!

Here’s what you can expect each day through this challenge:
😊 Self-Care Solutions: Relaxation, recovery, and personal wellness.
📓 Plan Stronger: Reflect, reset, and plan for the week ahead.
🧠 Mental Health Hub: Set intentions, reflect, and mentally prepare for the week.

Snacks can either throw you off track or help you crush your goals—it all comes down to what you pick. A smart snack pairs protein with healthy carbs or fats to keep your energy steady and hunger under control. Here are a few simple ideas to get you started:

✨ Apple slices with almond butter
✨ A boiled egg with raw veggies
✨ Greek yogurt topped with berries
✨ Turkey slices rolled up with avocado
✨ Veggie sticks with hummus
✨ Cottage cheese with a sprinkle of granola

Want to make things even easier? Prep a few options in advance. Portion out nuts and fruit, chop your veggies, or divide servings into small containers so you’re ready when hunger hits. Having healthy snacks within reach makes it way easier to stay on track.

Prepare a balanced snack today with protein and either carbs or fats. Write it down or take a picture—you might inspire someone else or just give yourself a go-to option for the future!

Staying hydrated is one of the simplest ways to improve your health, but it’s so easy to forget. Drinking enough water helps your body digest food, supports your metabolism, and can even stop you from snacking when you’re not actually hungry—sometimes what feels like hunger is just thirst.

Lately, I've been having a daily mocktail with a drink called hydrate & detox: watermelon flavored. It's a dietery supp that's supports my overall health. LMK if you want any info on it. Tastes hella good!

Making hydration a habit doesn’t have to be complicated. Start your day with a glass of water to wake up your body. Keep a water bottle nearby as a constant reminder, and refill it whenever you get up. If plain water feels boring, try adding a squeeze of lemon, a few cucumber slices, or some berries to make it more exciting. Small, simple changes can make staying hydrated feel effortless.

Emotional eating happens to all of us—it feels good at the moment, but let’s be real, it usually leaves us feeling worse after. The trick to breaking that cycle is figuring out what’s really going on. Stress, boredom, and even being super happy can send us straight to the snack drawer when food isn’t actually what we need.

The next time you catch yourself in one of those moments, try something different.

Take a few deep breaths, scribble your thoughts in a journal, or go for a quick walk. It’s not about being perfect—it’s about noticing what’s happening and trying something that actually helps.

The start of a new year is the perfect time to set yourself up for success. When it comes to nutrition, having clear intentions can help you focus on progress instead of stressing about perfection. So, take a minute to ask yourself: what do you want to achieve, and why does it matter? I ask myself this and ask myself often.

I'm challenging myself and my friends to leave behind the eating habits that aren’t working for us and step into 2025 with new habits, meal prep ideas, and a fresh mindset around food. Setting intentions isn’t about being perfect; it’s about giving yourself a guide to stay on track, even on those days when life feels messy.

Think about: Why are these goals important to you? Are you looking for more energy? Wanting to feel stronger? Hoping to create some calm around mealtime? Whatever your reasons, keeping them front and center will make it easier to stick with your plan. Let’s start this reset strong!

So I gained weight in the last year - can I blame it on cancer surgery & how my body HATED me ( eczema got crazy, I have a crazy chest scar that took longer than normal to heal ) from last summer? Can i blame it on vid from last month & having a weird appetite? NO.

I blame it on myself. GENTLY. But only I can fix this & fix the way I think about how I want to change… been good with nutrition the last 2 weeks & while I’ve only seen the scale drop a few LBs, obviously I’ve lost inches 💙 I GOT THIS!!

Have you ever been scared to do something because of what other people think? The truth is… they are going to judge you no matter what you do - so you might as well do things that make you HEALTHIER + HAPPIER! 🩵

A few years ago, I partnered with a health and wellness platform to earn some extra cash to be able to travel more. I was terrified of what people would think… but I did it anyway.

Sometimes life takes you to the most unexpected places. This was never my plan. But I’m so happy I ended up here.❤️

I get to share a routine + resources that promote my health with others.
I get to teach a custom plan to my clients that matches their fitness and nutrition goals.
I get to create my own hours, income goals, and work with others just like me!

A little movement goes a long way in setting a positive tone for your day. Spend 7 minutes moving your body this morning with this yoga flow. There was a time in my life where I thought I would never do yoga because it just 'wasn't my thing'. How many times have you said that about something and then next time, weeks later, or even years later, laugh because you wrote something off before giving it a try?!! For reals, try it out if you haven't yet!!

And, notice how this simple act of self-care impacts your energy and mood throughout the day. As a mid-life mom going through , slowing down is actually helping me lose weight and feel confident AF!
