Had to jump on this trend, just thinking about these pivotal moments that can change the course of our lives.

True story, I didn’t get into grad school the first year I applied. I didn’t even really get in the 2nd year either…I was waitlisted. I did not have the best grades in undergrad and was lacking experience in the field. But I begged and pleaded to get in all summer and they admitted 2 weeks before school started. 🙃😳😅

I’m so glad I didn’t give up and kept trying. Thanks to all those who encouraged me to keep going ( ❤️)

I went on to graduate with honors and was our cohorts commencement speaker and have been so grateful for all the opportunities and ways I’ve been challenged, grown and continue to grow in this field.

I’m jumping up and down with excitement to share that my expanding my offerings to including group supervision for perinatal mental health clinicians.

I have received so many inquiries from therapists wanting support in working with clients going through reproductive health challenges, pregnancy, postpartum, loss, grief, anxiety, depression and birth trauma and I’m stoked be be offering a space for therapists to gather, connect, learn and grow.

This group is ideal for:
* Therapists providing care to pregnant and postpartum clients
* Clinicians seeking specialized support around perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), birth trauma, and parental identity shifts
* Providers who value a relational, trauma-informed, and inclusive lens in their work

What to expect:
*Case consultation and clinical discussion *Evidence-based approaches for perinatal mental health
*Ethical considerations and best practices
*Community and professional support

This is a small-group format, ensuring space for meaningful discussion and individualized feedback.

Location: virtual via Google Meet
Schedule: 2nd Friday of each month, 11:30am-1:30pm
Cost: $60/hr

If you know me, you likely are aware that I’m someone who loves to learn and grow…I consider myself a “forever student”.

One of my biggest fears going into private practice was worrying about feeling isolated. Coming from working in clinic settings, with lots of collaboration, I knew the importance of partnering and learning from those around me.

What I didn’t know about private practice, was that you get to choose your coworkers. 🤩 These fellow therapists have been ridiculously supportive and I benefit so much from their brilliance and passion for perinatal mental health.

Feeling so grateful for the chance to retreat with these amazing humans, learn from each other, consult and enjoy this beautiful scenery together.
