This week and last, my infrared light service has truly taken off! I've had my for five years now, and it's been a journey. Red and infrared light therapy is a powerful tool for recovery and pain relief. For optimal results, use the light for 10 to 20 minutes, two to three times a week. Deep Red 660nm - this wavelength is excellent for surface level healing, addressing issues like cuts, superficial inflammation and wounds.
