We’re excited to welcome Sierra Cothron Day, DPT to our NuLife Physical Therapy Family!! Sierra will primarily be serving our patients in Westmoreland but will also be helping in our Portland clinic as well. With Sierra coming on board we will now be offering Functional Dry Needling. We are so happy and thankful to have Sierra join our team!!

My name is Sierra (Cothron) Day. I grew up in Bethpage, TN and attended Westmoreland schools. I then completed my undergraduate degree at Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville, TN and my Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree at University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN. I moved back to the area and now reside in Scottsville, KY with my husband, Austin, our precious 10 week old daughter, Isabella, and our dog, Rocky. I have worked in outpatient clinics, home health, nursing facilities, and treated in the school system/ pediatrics. I am also certified in Functional Dry Needling. I am excited to join NuLife and help my hometown community!
