Yesterday I had the great honor to co-facilitate a very special retreat designed by and for breast cancer survivors. This was a full-circle moment for me. Serving communities struggling with existential stress, anxiety and depression has been my vision and mission from day one.

A HUGE THANK YOU to Anne Hamilton for her vision for this pilot retreat and for inviting me to participate. Anne and the whole team put a lot of blood, sweat, and tears into bringing this incredible healing weekend together. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve and support this community. 🙏🏼✨
