Stress is a natural part of life. Certain things may always trigger you. AND I hold an unpopular opinion that staying in that stressed state is often our own doing 🫣

Yes there is a lot of sh*t going on in the greater world, and most likely in your personal life as well that makes sense to be causing you some stress AND I believe we each have a choice as to whether we loathe in it, or make a choice to move to through it.

I’m not saying don’t feel the hard, I’m saying it is possible to live with more internal peace and calm regularly, even amidst the chaotic world we are in.

That’s exactly why I’m teaching in my new 12 Week Rockstar Mom Essentials experience.

I know for a fact when you are crystal clear on your priorities, values and vision *in the season of life you are currently in* you will be able to tap into PEACE, EMERGY and FUN more easily, and more often.

The way you speak about yourself matters. 👇

Here is the rule… ⬇️

Rest BEFORE you earn it. ☺️

You’ve been taught that rest is a ‘reward’.

Finish the to do list.�Answer the emails.�Be productive first.
�And then… maybe you can sit down.

But here’s a rule that will change everything:

Rest BEFORE you earn it.

Because when you rest first, you show up clearer, calmer, and more present.

My body required rest this week as I fought off an illness and I am proud to say that this one rule came in handy for me.

Learning to SLOW DOWN and actually listen to YOUR needs (NOT the needs of the world…) is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself. ❤️
