Hi ya’all. I am looking to add 2-3 new remote clients to the schedule.

Who is that for?
- you have some functional equipment at
home (bands, free weights, etc) or
open to buying some as needed

- you have access to a gym and can
perform workouts there

What does it look like?

- Remote programming with feedback and
updates weekly
- FaceTime or video follow up/feedback
2-4x/ month as needed.

Cost?
Now thru Dec 31, 2022: $85/month
Jan 1, 2023 and on: $100/month
