We are hoping you can help us out. During this pandemic we are raising money to help the Locker Project in Portland Maine.
“The Locker Project provides access to healthy food at 31 public schools and preschools in Gorham, Portland, South Portland, Westbrook, and S**o, that serve nearly 11,000 children, more than half of whom come from low-income families. Our school pantries and fresh food events reach thousands of food-insecure students and families every month.”

At first it started with a personal donation of $1/mile but we started to seek out pledges with all donations going directly to The Locker Project. The response has been wonderful! Pledges can be any amount; a dime, a dollar, or a lump sum.
Details: in 31 days we are running every street on the Portland Peninsula, finishing with a circumnavigation. I started 14 April, presently I have 69 miles logged. As it is a circuitous route, an exact mileage is unknown, guesstimates put it between 100 and 150 miles.
Let me know here if you can pledge. In the end donations can be made directly to The Locker Project. You can follow us on Facebook by searching for the group “Portland Peninsula Road Rage”
Thank you for your help
