I have an “eye” for evaluation. I pick up on tiny movements that tell me what is happening neurologically in the child's brain and body. I love evaluating kids for the first time, and then reassessing each visit to see what has changed, and where we need to go from there. From the outside person’s perspective, it might appear that I am just watching them march across the room, or turn their head, but it is SO much more than that! The movements, combined with what the parent is telling me is happening in the child’s everyday life and their responses to life’s stressors, tell me everything I need to know!
