Dear friends, (another message from me, Amy)
I am happy and amazed! After innumerable curves and detours since the Fall of 2023 when I first conceived of the idea to collect and create a book of stories about Arny, the book is finally published and available! The amazing thing is -- the book came out a couple of days ago on Arny's and my 40th anniversary (since we first got together)! What a wonderful gift!

I’m delighted the book is available for you to enjoy. And I'm so happy I was able to read many of the stories (and short introductions I wrote in the book) to Arny which he loved hearing.

I am grateful to everyone who generously shared their stories about Arny, Barbara Burkhardt for her wonderful editing and ongoing care and support, and Jerry Grant for his great work with the photos which were challenging due to their varied quality.

And most of all, I’m so thankful to Arny, the most beautiful man who inspired so many of us to tell our stories about him, and who continues to gift all of us with Process Work, and with his love, wisdom, teachings, playfulness, and so much more.

The book is available in paperback and eBook from many different booksellers. The photo below will take you to the Amazon page. Dear friends,
Due to a technical glitch many people were not able to get into the Zoom gathering on June 10th to honor Arny and feel his beautiful spirit with us. Luckily Hellene Gronda from the Process Work Institute recorded the gathering. You can view it by clicking https://tinyurl.com/3rk5rvzu . Because of the intimate and personal nature of the gathering, it will only be available to watch for a limited time, until June 30, 2025.
The gathering was hosted by me and Rhea. There is an inner work exercise to connect with Arny's spirit, and I shared 2 sections of very short videos that I took of Arny over the past 15 years or so. The videos have not been seen before and many of them show Arny's joyous spirit as he delights in nature and explains different concepts! I felt the videos would help bring Arny and his passion and joy even closer to everyone.

Dear friends, (a message from Amy)
I can hardly express in words how touching it was to be online with so many of you around the world today to honor and celebrate Arny-- on this day, 1 year since he passed on to his next journey. It meant more to me than I can ever say.
It was a joy to be together with this wonderful community that Arny brought to birth, to feel his spirit with us, to feel your love for him and how he has profoundly influenced your lives, and sense how you carry his teachings and gifts into the world in your own way. I was happy I could help bring him even closer by sharing short videos I took of him speaking about process work, nature, and more while on our walks and runs together.
I’m so very sorry there was a problem with Zoom, and many could not get in. Luckily Hellene Gronda from PWI tried to record the gathering and hopefully we will be able to share it.
Many thanks to Hellene, Kelly C Queen, the Process Work Institute, and Rhea for helping organize, guide, and create this event. And my deepest thanks to all my dear friends, family, and this awesome community for holding and caring for me especially during the most agonizing times this past year, as well as sharing my incredible joy when I have so often felt Arny and his timeless spirit with me.
My heart and soul are full, and I know you have brought much happiness to Arny as well. As he always said, and says, Woof!

Dear friends, another message from me, Amy,
I wanted to let you know that the Process Work Institute will host a 1-hour online gathering on June 10th at 1pm (PDT) to honor Arny and his awesome spirit.

It is so hard to believe that on that day it will be one year since Arny passed on to another realm. I can hardly express all the feelings inside of me – the deep sadness, the gratefulness for having such a beautiful life with him, and thankfulness for the immense gifts he has given to all of us ... and always will. It would be so good to be together with some of you online on that day.

I, Amy, just found this photo of Arny from 2021 and felt like sharing it. He was having such a good time sliding down sand dunes on the Oregon coast! Such joy, play, and love of nature! A few of the many qualities that so many of us love(d) about him.

It reminded me that, before going to bed at night, he would always go outside in the darkness, follow his body process, and then exuberantly wish the ocean, trees, animals, and universe a good night! Oh my, such a beautiful man.💕

(p.s. He always said that if you follow your body process before going to bed, you can predict your dreams or understand them more easily in the morning)

Hi friends (this is from me, Amy)
I’ve been dreaming about having another gathering this coming August at the Lions Club in Yachats, Oregon --the place where some of us met last year to honor and celebrate Arny and where he and I have given so many seminars over the years. Many of you have been part of those events. It feels like an important time to be together, to honor and feel Arny and his awesome spirit with us, and to nurture community.
I’m not sure yet exactly what we’ll do, but I wanted to let you know the dates -- August 22nd and 23rd -- in case you’d like to come and need to plan for transportation and lodging, etc. It's a special time for me because Aug 22nd will be Arny and my 40th anniversary. 🥲💗
During those days some might want to share their current process work research, studies, creativity (this has always been so important to Arny), do a couple of inner work exercises, possibly spin the pen for people to work in the middle with each other, explore how nature and Arny are guiding us as a community toward the future, share food, etc…
I’ll send out more details in a couple of months and collect the names of those who would like to come. There will be a minimal fee just to cover expenses for the room, food, etc. If some of you can help organize, please let me know.

(from Amy) Hi everyone,
I am so happy that the book of stories about Arny that I began putting together in the Fall of 2023 will finally be published in the next couple of months. Luckily, I was able to share most of the stories with Arny and could show him the photos I wanted to use as well. He was quite happy about it all and that really warms my heart.

It’s been a huge work of love not only from me, but everyone involved – including those who contributed stories, Burkhardt who helped with editing, and Grant who helped with the photos. I’m so thankful to all of them.

I will let you know when the book is available. I hope you will enjoy this intimate and wide-ranging view of the man I love so much and who is loved by so many around the world.

Hi everyone, this is another message from me, Amy.
I have been feeling it would be nice to gather in person to honor and celebrate Arny at the Process Work Institute (PWI) in Portland, Oregon, USA where he gave so many of his wonderful and inspiring classes over the past three decades. The big room at PWI is filled with his passionate spirit and where he just couldn’t wait to share his newest ideas with everyone. Some of us were lucky enough to be part of those joyful and deep learning experiences.

So, if you are in or near Portland, or would like to come, I’d like to invite you to a short gathering on Tuesday, February 18th from 6-7:30pm. We’ll take some time to reminisce and tell stories about Arny and his classes, do a short inner exercise to connect with his spirit and a special ritual to send our feelings and thoughts to him. There will be some light food and drinks at the end in case you’d like to stay to eat and chat for a while.

--Where: Process Work Institute, 2049 NW Hoyt St., Portland, Oregon, 97209, USA

--When: February 18th from 6-7:30pm (this will be a live, in-person gathering only --sorry this won't be online)

I look forward so much to being with some of you there. It will be the first time I will be back at PWI in about 5 years, and I know Arny will be so happy to be with us as well.

Dear friends, (from me, Amy) it was so heartwarming to be with some of you on Zoom last night to honor and celebrate Arny’s birthday and the New Year. I look forward to a walk with friends by the sea today.
I woke up in the middle of the night wanting to connect with you today on Arny’s 85th birthday, the first birthday without him in his physical body. This is still so shocking and painful for me to say.
And at the same time, as Arny said so often, he will always be with us, even when he is not in his physical form. And I do feel him very close which is a huge blessing. He also said we should not just be sad but should play and have fun with him! So…woof!
In the night, I sensed him wanting to say how important you all have been and are to him, whether you have known him personally, or through his books, teachings, via other people/teachers, etc. While he was always extremely busy, whenever he had a spare moment, he wanted to connect with all of you on Facebook. He loved to share his newest ideas about process work, his exuberance about study and learning, and his passion to make the world a better place for all. And of course, to woof and have fun!
Also, as some of you know, for many years he spent a lot of time on Facebook on New Years Eve and Day interpreting people’s first dreams of the New Year. I was always amazed that, after a big party on New Year’s Eve, he would sit at his computer late into the night interpreting as many dreams as possible. And, the next day after going for a hike with people on his birthday, he would go right back to his computer and continue his dream interpretations for many hours! He did 100s of them each year! I was usually so exhausted that I could barely stay up! But he really wanted to give as much as he could to everyone. And for him, it was fun! Oh my, such love and generosity!
In any case, today, through my tears, love, and gratefulness for having had so many beautiful years together, and feeling him close to me just now, I want to send love from both of us to each of you and wish you all the best dreams and dreaming for the new year. And of course, a big woof, too!

I, Amy, just found this photo which is probably the only "selfie" that Arny and I ever took! It was around this time of year about 10 years ago. We had just returned home after skiing in the mountains. The photo is kind of blurry but Arny really liked it...and so do I. I can feel us sending our love to everyone.
