It’s going to be 🥵 H-O-T 🥵 this weekend and into next week.

How to stay cool:

🤍 wear loose fitting clothes, and layers!

🤍 Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Electrolyte drinks really help - think coconut water, 🐊-ade, anything containing potassium is key 🔑

🤍 Avoid too much caffeine and/or alcohol - both will actually dehydrate, even though they technically contain water 🤓
