Winter has a way of asking us to simplify.
To turn inward.
To tend what’s been quietly asking for attention.

I’ve been noticing how easily clarity gets clouded, by heavy food, constant input, and the collective noise we move through each day. Choosing to reset from the inside out can feel like a small, meaningful act of care.

Inner Fires to Clarify is a 5-day winter reset designed to support digestion, nervous system regulation, and intentional living… gently, without force.

🗓 January 26–30, 2026 (Monday–Friday)
A self-guided home retreat with daily practices, reflection prompts, simple nourishment, and community support.
Includes a live group call on Wednesday, January 28 (9–10am EST).

This offering is about creating conditions for clarity, warmth, and kindness inside; so we can meet the year ahead with more presence and steadiness.

DM “AMPLIFY” if you’re ready to feel clear and reconnected to your center.

Wherever winter is meeting you, may you find ways to tend your inner fire with care. 🤍

PS: Huge thanks to and for capturing these beautiful images.

We’ve been holding classes for many years now. Week after week, breath after breath.
What began as a consistent rhythm has slowly been asking to evolve, just as we do.

This Friday holds a little extra meaning. Not an ending to practice, but a gentle closing of one chapter and an opening into new ways of gathering.

If you feel called to come practice in person, you’re warmly welcome.
If your practice looks different these days, that’s honored too.

DM “GATHER” if you’d like the details.
And however you’re beginning this year, may it include moments of pause, attention, and care 🤍

Starting the year with intention… ✨

Sharing a few glimpses from our recent Emerging gathering. A moment of rest, presence, and gentle remembering.

Thank you to everyone who joined, who brought their whole self. Their openness, their hearts, their laughter, their stillness; and for the fire that was lit 🔥.

I’m deeply grateful for the ways you showed up and for the space we created together.

Here’s to each of us fanning the flame of our own light. May our walk together this year be in peace, presence, and clarity. ✨🌕🙏🏼

2025 required long exhales and deep inhales coupled with growing trust, faith, and hope.

I kept cadence and found a grounding rhythm with the cosmic teachers: sun, moon, and planets alike. I watched the sun rise and set more times than I can count.

I moved between oceans and forests, circles and sidelines, quiet mornings and loud celebrations.

I held space. I was held.
I witnessed my children grow.
I laughed with friends, grieved what needed releasing, and stayed close to what felt true.

Sharing a few photos and clips from the moments that shaped this year. I realize it is far from the whole story. The images show the light, the seen, the witnessed. What is missing is the depth of unseen terrain, shadow, mystery that was moved with and through. My words shared throughout the year are the closest I come to being able to portray my experiences of time, reality, and truth.

Life is full, rich, and complex. I am ever so grateful for the growing trust I found this year in my practices, my community, and my beliefs. None of which I take lightly or for granted. Thank you for being here with me on this wild ride of living life fully. Together we are here to remember who we really are and the sacred act it is to be here walking together. I look forward to our continued walk, and dance, in 2026.

Some scenes from our weekend on Mount Desert Island: slow, simple, exactly what early December had been asking of me.

There’s something about that time of year that invites a quieter kind of paying attention…
the warmth inside when the wind is loud,
the way a family laugh softens the whole body,
the small, ordinary moments that feel like anchors.

I’m learning, still, that I don’t need to rush to the end of the year to find meaning.
It’s here, in the breath I can actually feel.
In the people I love.
In the simplicity that keeps calling me back to what matters.

If you’ve been craving a gentler pace too, I hope this season offered you the same:
a little space, a little warmth, and moments that remind you you’re alive.

Sharing a few glimpses from our weekend.

Some glimpses from the first snow of the year ❄️

Maine greeted us with a cold that slows everything down. The pace, the noise, the hurry.

Sharing some clips of the snow, the quiet rhythm of breath, the stillness in the air...
all reminding me that winter asks us to move slowly, to be present, and to live with intention.

A season for slowing down, for noticing, and for simply being.

Early winter has a way of softening everything. The pace, the pressure, the need to get it all “right.”

Running together felt like a reminder of what truly holds us:
the warmth of shared rhythm, the quiet joy in doing something side-by-side,
the simple gift of being with the people who steady you.

These small, ordinary moments are the ones I’ll carry with me into the new year.
No rush. No noise. Just connection, breath, and belonging.

Here are a few raw glimpses from our recent cold morning run, untouched, unedited, just the moments as they happened.

Tiny pieces of a morning that felt like home.

Special shout-out to:

Sharing some clips from our New Moon Solstice gathering ❄️✨

What a special, magical moment... and a joy to celebrate my birthday surrounded by this beautiful community. So grateful for everyone who has been part of these gatherings, for your presence, your trust, and your hearts.

If you’d like to join the next circle, practice, or 1:1 session, you’re always welcome here.

One of the things I’m most excited about for this coming April in Costa Rica is this:
learning to pay attention again.
To the creatures we coexist with… the ones we often overlook in the rush of our days.

In a world that’s slowly remembering its pace, we’re invited to remember too...
that this earth is a shared space,
alive, breathing, speaking in ways we can hear
if we only pause long enough.

If you want to be part of this week of presence, wonder, and connection, feel free to send a DM.

Most years, it’s easy to get swept up in the noise of the holidays...
the rushing, the planning, the pressure to make everything just right.

But as years go by, we come to realize that what actually stays with us are the quiet moments.
The unpolished ones. The ones where everyone is simply there... breathing, laughing, resting, belonging.

This Thanksgiving, we chose slowness.
We chose presence.
We chose each other.

Sharing a few tender clips from how we spent the holiday as a family,
the kind of moments I want to remember.

From my recent Substack piece, The Vibration of Me Remembered.

An offering for anyone in a season of unraveling, a reminder that even descent can be sacred.

If this piece resonates, I’d love to hear what remembering looks like for you in this season.

If these words find you in a season of unraveling, perhaps they can be a mirror, a hand, a breath of belonging.

What restores you when you forget who you are?
