More than holding moments,
Costa Rica held a way of being.

The waves, the trees, the rising and setting of the sun…
and the people who gathered here, each arriving in their own way, yet meeting in something shared.

Grateful for these days, and for all that was held here.
To more spaces that invite us to return.

How Costa Rica sounds so far...

Sharing a few moments from where we are.

Morning light through the jungle.
Waves rolling in and out.
Laughter echoing between the trees.
Feet on the Earth. Breath moving through the body.

There’s a rhythm here that’s hard to put into words.
Simple, steady, alive.

We’ve been moving, resting, listening…
letting the days unfold as they are.

I'm grateful for these moments,
and for all that continues to meet us here. Hoping to share some of this with you all…

Sharing a few moments from past retreats in Costa Rica as we prepare to return this month.

There are places that don’t just hold memories, but a way of being.

Costa Rica has become one of those places for me. A rhythm of waking with the light, moving with the body, meeting the ocean, being nourished by the land. Days that feel simple, yet full. Grounded, yet expansive.

As we prepare to return, I find myself remembering the many moments that have unfolded there... the slow mornings, the movement, the laughter, the way something in us begins to open when we give ourselves time to listen.

Grateful for what has been held there… and for all that is still waiting to meet us.

Sharing a few moments from our recent Spring Equinox: New Moon Circle with

From preparing food, laying out the space, to movement, stillness, conversation, and gathering together in nature; this circle held so many simple and meaningful moments. Such spaces continue to remind us of the power of coming together. To soften, listen, and remember that change is something we can meet in community.

If you wish to be part of the next gatherings, feel free to DM and follow along to stay updated.

Womanhood is a gift. 🤍

Sharing a few clips and moments from our recent nourishing women’s weekend in the North Maine Woods — no filters, no sounds, just pieces of the weekend as it unfolded.

Women gathering. Walking the trails. Breathing fresh air. Stories shared around tables and fires. Moments like this remind us how deeply we need spaces where women can simply arrive as they are.

If you feel called to be part of the next gathering, feel free to DM.

Life recently…

Circling with women into the night, sharing the gift of the practice, then witnessing sunrise the next morning with Ruby.

I’ve been doing a whole lot of this while the world turns — walking, running, letting the body move what the mind cannot.

circle at night.
snow at dawn.
women remembering.
a dog chasing light.

Afterall, remembering doesn’t always arrive in big moments.

Sometimes it’s this.
Showing up.
Staying in rhythm.
Letting what was stirred in circle settle into bone through breath and movement.

This is how I’ve been tending the in-between

Excerpts from my recent Substack piece, “For the Love of… Humanity.”

On astronauts, musicians, athletes, youth, and everyday awe—reminding me that even now, especially now, there is insurmountable beauty in how humans continue to rise.

Not every part of the practice looks like a pose.
The mat gives us a place to pay attention.
Life gives us endless opportunities to live what we notice.

Sharing a few moments of how I practice off the mat.

We came together, and together raised $500 for Maine Needs.

Grateful for this community, and for what becomes possible when we choose to show up for one another. 🤍

Winter has a way of asking us to simplify.
To turn inward.
To tend what’s been quietly asking for attention.

I’ve been noticing how easily clarity gets clouded, by heavy food, constant input, and the collective noise we move through each day. Choosing to reset from the inside out can feel like a small, meaningful act of care.

Inner Fires to Clarify is a 5-day winter reset designed to support digestion, nervous system regulation, and intentional living… gently, without force.

🗓 January 26–30, 2026 (Monday–Friday)
A self-guided home retreat with daily practices, reflection prompts, simple nourishment, and community support.
Includes a live group call on Wednesday, January 28 (9–10am EST).

This offering is about creating conditions for clarity, warmth, and kindness inside; so we can meet the year ahead with more presence and steadiness.

DM “AMPLIFY” if you’re ready to feel clear and reconnected to your center.

Wherever winter is meeting you, may you find ways to tend your inner fire with care. 🤍

PS: Huge thanks to and for capturing these beautiful images.
