I shared this reading last night while a group of receptive employees from * sank deep into the ground allowing for layers to soften and minds to rest. It feels like a real gift to share practices that offer space, gentleness, kindness, and connect us back to our hearts. Grateful for the receptive ways to be present in community 🙏🏼.

Prolonged raking light; a winter knowing.
I’m often mesmerized when walking, driving, being these days.

The rise of the sun held in the chill air with crisp edging. The way the afternoon sun highlights the soft plumes of grass revealing a summer past. The quality of dark in the night sky after the sun has set.

As we walk closer to winter solstice, and this solar new year, I am honored and humbled by this ball of fire lighting all life.

Looking forward to those joining me Wednesday evening for a candlelight close to the Earth practice.

Saturday is Solstice ☀️and I’ll be up at for a morning practice… 8-9am! Class is an offering from Patagonia to the community, join us for free… what a gift✨.
